In particular, our single crystal ruby nozzles are our unique products, boasting a smooth inner surface. We can process fine holes with an inner diameter of up to Φ15 microns. Additionally, by controlling the machining accuracy at the micron level, we minimize variations in coaxiality and straightness to the utmost limit. Our ceramic materials undergo HIP treatment, resulting in uniform, high-quality materials with extremely few defects such as pores. HIP-treated materials can achieve an inner diameter surface roughness of Ra 0.01 microns. We also offer extensive custom options for precision nozzles and irregular nozzles with high aspect ratios for both inner and outer diameters.
